There will also be special sleeves installed directing the foot traffic along the street to avoid congestion and prevent crowding. There will be ushers to keep remind people to keep distance from each other and to wear masks.
I think that is wonderful that they found a solution to allow people to see and get blessed by Rav Chaim Kanievsky, but I find it interesting that they are restarting this now, at the same time the lockdown is starting and for the duration of the lockdown period...

I'm confused. Will this be open only to people who live within the 500 meters area, or is this davka yet another way to thumb their nose at the goyishe government?
