Every prisoner after doing 2/3rd of his term is entitled to apply for early release. THere was some question about a book he was writing and some classified material, so the plan was to deny him early release because of that. Maybe now because of his health, people are asking not to be so strict on him. Bennett and Katz says his contribution to the state is so much he should be released. however I find that hard to swallow. According to that logic, he should not have been sentenced in the first place. However if he is ready for early release and has not done anything bad, then he should be considered for release. Health should not be an issue, as he is in hospital anyway.Meir Snoreply@blogger.com
