I...Either way, this guy is an over-reaching idiot. If the issue is the drivers being Mechalel Shabbos, a driver who cares about when Shabbos ends can always ask for a shift change if he needs one. Drivers who don't can rely on the much more commonly held opinions that Shabbos ends earlier to be sure that they aren't offending anyone who matters.
