Fax in your isshur between certain hours. If they approve the isshur, they call you back to make an appointment. If the isshur isn't valid, you will eventually figure out on your own that there is a problem with the isshur, get it corrected and fax it in again. <br /><br />On second thought maybe they did model it in on the hospital system.
