One such solution is the "zabla" beis din, where each side chooses a representative, and the 2 chosen dayanim select the third impartial dayan.

There are solutions, and the idea is to trust the beis din to be fair and honest and seeking truth and justice. If the leaders dont, or cant, trust the batei din for that, why should the little people?Rafi G.https://www.blogger.com/profile/00699851287106903971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20257999.post-24989299629684606572011-09-01T00:47:02.617+03:002011-09-01T00:47:02.617+03:00you havent added anything. just saying that the le...you havent added anything. just saying that the leaders work on different rules. Sometimes Beis din allows it, and sometimes people just go without an Ishur from BD.

I am surprised that you dont know this.

For example, in Ponovezh, in the chareidi world in EY, everyone is on one side or the other, thereby slowing the BD process to a crawl since you cant get 3 people not previously involved.

A random family or lalum running to court is not the same thingAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20257999.post-36374311323932970732011-09-01T00:27:56.573+03:002011-09-01T00:27:56.573+03:00Hamasig - good point, and about the Bostoner Rebbe...Hamasig - good point, and about the Bostoner Rebbe I dont know. and in this case you are right, it might make a difference.

Regarding the others it doesnt matter.
