This afternoon at 3:45 pm my wife gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. We are looking for suggestions of holiday themed names... No prize to the winner, I am just looking for ideas.. Here are a couple of pix of the newborn..
gotta go finish getting ready for Pessach now. That is a good idea. That is good for the day of the bris - he is born though during the preparations for the Korban pessach. I have to think of a good one between those ideas (and if someone comes uop with something more interesting.
I wish I could have come...but I am drowning in bills that need to get paid. Besides, there is nothing more frustrating then visiting Israel during pesach; you are not being able to have a flafel or shwarma. I don't need to be in Israel to eat matzah brei! Hopefully though I will get through this crunch and be able to visit one of these days. Untill then send my love to shif and the kids.
how about henach? or nasan for m grandfather. or yechiel yirmiyahu for your mother's uncle. simcha lebish for her uncle. mordecai wolf. yisroel tzinah. george bush. shabtzi zvi. gidone gidone. dick cheney. max. pesach chomettz. huna. yosef paroh.
Mazel Tov, Following David Linn's idea: Tuvia. (Moshe the medrash tells us had ten names, and we've covered just 3 of them. There are seven more out there. One is Avi Socho, I don't remember the others.)
some more good choices from David, Irina and David. Drew has already been suggested (if not here then in an email someone sent me). Not bad, but not Jewish enough. Thank you all for your good wishes!
