Falafel heads and Falafel Republic

Lazer Beams is right on the money, as usual. I just want to know why everyone gives falafel a bad name (Dov Shurin used to call Israeli politicians "falafel heads") by connecting the corrupt rulers of Israel with falafel. I think falafel is great.

    that is true. those insignias are known as "falafels" (I wonder what the real word for them is...)
