Get out and vote!

A Final Pre-Election Message from TOV

This Tuesday, from 7AM until 10PM, you will have the opportunity to have your say in what the face and character of Bet Shemesh will look like for the next five years.
As you can probably tell from all the speechs, papers, fliers, ads, booklets, other "stuff" in the street, passions are high and people feel that this election cycle is very important.
Everyone has their strong opinion about the Mayoral candidates and everyone has a passionate opinion about which party to vote for.

The most important thing is TO GET OUT AND VOTE.
Do not sit home. PLEASE.

Find your voting station, bring your Teudat Zehut and go vote.
If you are not sure where to vote, or if you need transportation, please call the TOV headquarters at 077-300-9641 and we will be happy to help.

PLEASE.
Its your right and your z'chut to have a say.

  1. How can anyone take Abutbul serioulsy-his promise to bring a hospital to Beit Shemesh is an outright lie. Larger cities than Beit Shemesh are having touble getting a hospital. Anyone who could make such a promise is a scary candidate.

  2. The Tov pople are tzaddikim who have truly fallen victim to the daas Torah terrorists.

  3. Vote Tov and Lerner-the vote for the real tzaddikim

  5. Rafi.
If you see a string of fake comments like these, will you please do something about it?

  6. Rafi,

  7. Kol Hakavod to HaRav Malinowitz. By allowing Mr. Lerner and Mr. Abutbul to debate each other he has proven that one can be haredi and support either candidate. If Rav Malinowitz bought into the daas Torah rhetoric then he cloearly could not have allowed such a debate to happen since it would be going against what "the gedolim" theoretically have said regarding the issue. Kol hakavod to HaRav Malinowitz that he has not caved in to religio-political pressures to proclaim that there is only one candidate for who, a Torah Jew can vote.

  8. Kol Hakavod to Rafi for allowing different views ot be aired-this has been edifying for all of us.

  9. I second what Shmuel has said. HaRav Malinowitz is a talmid chacham and haredi. He made a wonderful decision in providing his shul as a venue for the debate between Lerner and Abutbul. HaRav Malinowitz has demonstrated that we can and must be civil during this campaign and that we must not bully other Jews into thinking that Das Tora is so uni-dimensional.

    Kol HaKavod to HaRav Malinowitz!
