If you are looking for a way to help the people of southern Israel, here is one more way. A number of places around Israel have brought a group of merchants from the southern areas and are having shopping days to enable people to buy items from these merchants as a way of supporting them respectably and not with charity. They want to earn a living, their businesses are failing because of the war, and this helps them earn a living.

Tomorrow and Wednesday they are having a "shopping fair" near my workplace. I will definitely be checking it out...


Look for one in your area... I know they had one the past two days in Eastern Tel Aviv (I think by the ports)...
