Here is a picture from the end of Bibi's speech. You can see Tzippi Hotovili in front of the MKs holding raised hands... I took the picture from the Likud website..
and here is video...but the video cuts out at the end of the speech and does not show the cheering and hands raised..
Kol Hakavod to her!
ReplyDeleteI hope that she can remain steadfast while serving with the wolves of Israeli politics.
I am impressed with her views, her dedication to frumkeit and ability to go so far at a young age.
All she needs now is a shiduch!
ReplyDeleteI heard she is engaged
ReplyDeleteSorry, but why didn't she just stand at the end clapping? Why did she have to be front and center? Also, there are plenty of other people on the other side of the podium not holding hands and clapping but they're not mugging for the camera.
ReplyDeleteI don't know, I hope she's able to have other achievements aside from not holding a man's hand.
that is where she was standing the whole time, and she avoided the hand cheer, despite her being right there fr it. You dont see it in the picture, but when I saw it live, more and more MKs were joining in, beyond the 3 in the picture. So she was probably one of a very few who were not holding hands...
ReplyDeleteShe is very accomplished. You can see her bio by doing a search in google. I am sure she will do very well in the Knesset.
Here is a link to an interesting article Tzipy wrote on this very subject
