yoni - decade that ended. interestingly, in an interview on Radio Kol Chai, Razel said he did not think it was fair that a song that came out at the end of the decade could possibly win such n award beating out great songs that have been around since earlier in the decade. I think he is just being humble, because this song is just great.
That would be "song of the decade on Radio Kol Chai".
