The "Me'ara" is the cradle of the Jewish Nation and of all humanity.. There is no place that symbolizes the Jewish heritage more than [the Me'aras HaMachpela]. There have always been Jews living in the city of Hebron, and there were always Jews there. We will pave a road from Kiryat Arba to Hebron so that more than half a million Jews can go there every year. Regarding our security, we need to rely only on our Father in heaven, and on ourselves.
