10 metric tons is the amount of hummus Lebanon chose to prepare to definitively take back the world record from Israel. To remind you, Israel had prepared a "paltry" 4 metric ton plate of hummus earlier this year to capture the record.
Is this the beginning of the Hummus Wars or just another stage in the Middle East Peas Process?
