Motor Racing in Palestine

There is a new sport in the Palestinian Authority.

Just when you thought they could use a basketball team or a baseball team to let out some of that pent up energy, it seems their Sports Ministry is active.

The PA is developing and training a team for the sport of Motor Racing, based in Ramallah. Not only did they pick a strange sport to start with, but the team they are developing is a team for women!

And you thought the Palestinian Arabs were not progressive.
