The drafting of Haredim into the army has erased amazing accomplishments of integration of women in the army...The Haredi extremist anti-female attitude has turned the gender issue into the focus of designing the Haredi identity, and has brought into the army radical ideas regarding the exclusion of women from the army. The State of Israel pays a heavy price for this, and she can't accept so easily these conditions of the Haredim, even if it because they wish to preserve their way of life. We must set boundaries and not be a part of these positions.
