One of the greatest dilemmas in the frum world today is how to deal with the "shidduch crisis". Theories are produced, solutions suggested, and the crisis just continues to get worse.
Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat, via his guy (Yoram Braverman) in the municipality in charge of the youth, thinks he might have the solution. And to implement it he is calling on dogs all over to help their owners meet, match, and mate.
The City of Jerusalem is going to be constructing tens of new parks and gardens around the city for people to walk their dogs. Walking their dogs in designated areas that are nice will give the dog owners the opportunity to see each other, meat, and move forward.
A side benefit of the program is that it is expected to help improve the cleanliness of the city.
