    That is strong language! Has any other US official gone on record with such a strong tone ever before??

    his recent statement is all over the news. a few years ago he supported clemency. the assumption is that he is taking a hit for Obama by changing and saying this.

    in the past other US officials have come out harshly. some have changed their opinions, some still say that.
