Quote Of The Day
There is no need to attack Iran, as Ahmadinejad will disappear before he can perform his plot. I learn this from the story of the evil Haman. When Yisrael is distant from Torah, Hashem brings about a cruel king. Hashem brings problems in order to unite the people of Israel. But just as Haman didn't do anything, he wanted to but didn't do anything, and just as Haman fell, so too the evil Iranian will fall. We should stop with the divisiveness, love all of the nation of Israel, think about those unfortunates. This is the way of Am Yisrael to deal with the Iranian threat.
--- the Admor of Mishkolyz
When was the last time we heard "הלא לא תהיה"? And look what happened then... although I could go further to Stalin, Hitler and many others who fell way after they killed a lot of Jews. This stuff is dangerous.
ReplyDeleteActually, the Admor is forgetting a major part of the Purim story. Haman fell, but then the Jews went into battle against those who wanted to destroy them (with the blessing of the King). Achmedinajad and others might fall, but we will still have to battle against those who wish to destroy us (Just look at the end of the 8th Perek and most of the 9th).
ReplyDeleteHe probably read this article in the Jerusalem Post that morning...
