PM Netanyahu visits the Golan (video)

I am not sure why this visit was made into a video, considering ti does not include a speech he gave or an important meeting with an important figure, but it's election season, and the waterfall looks nice...

    where did they take off from and where is that waterfall?

    the visit was to an IDF base by Mount Avital, near Merom HaGolan, overlooking Quneitra, so I assume the waterfall was in that area.
