Miriam - the same thing that is an issue in Europe re: Jewish Shechita, namely, that the animals are not stunned prior to slaughter. This is actually one of the issues (along with mila) that Jewish and Islamic organizations in Europe work together on.
I think Mr. Condell might also take offense at the positions of (certain elements of) Orthodox Judaism, particularly with respect to the role of women and the requirements of Tzniut.
I love it. I have no idea who this guy is, but he really nails everything that is wrong about Islam and the way it relates to non-Muslims.
