I have no idea. there is no actual obligation for a wedding to be officiated by anyone specific, so I do not see why ti should matter. but underage kids? maybe this was just singing along for the video and they did not show what was really going on..
Is that okay for others to sing the brachot instead of the officiating rabbi?
