    Granted that this was not a race with multiple cars, it seems very dangerous that the cars were driving at high speeds on the roads without high barriers in case of an accident.

    there was a low cement barrier along the entire route with the regular police barriers about 50 centimeters behind it the entire route. as well, there were police and sadranim stationed along the entire route making sure nobody tried to go through.
