I'm going with Rav David Lau. I think that Rav Stav is already too much in mahloket. Rav David Lau was the Chief Rabbi of Shoham, and now the Chief Rabbi of Modiin with a lot of leadership and accomplishment under his belt as well as being well respected by all. I think only he can bridge the gap between non-religious, religious, torani, and Haredi. Rav Lau has served in the army and still does miluim.
