I think his reach in the small parties is fairly limited. I don't think he can take too many votes away from them, and even if he could it does not help him build a coalition, as those numbers will stay the same, give or take, whether Likud has one more and BY one less or vice versa..
What I would prefer to see Netanyahu do, in the final days before the elections, is focus on taking votes from Lapid, Yisrael Beyteynu, and maybe even Kahlon, and especially focus on the large number of undecided voters...
