PSA: Writing a Torah for Max Steinberg

This is a message I received from MK Rabbi Dov Lipman, and I think it is worth publicizing..

Dear Friends,

This past summer, Max Steinberg, a lone soldier from Los Angeles, was killed in Gaza while protecting the people of Israel and the State of Israel.  I had the great honor of delivering a eulogy for Max at this funeral on Mount Hertzl - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgQ_lWoUKRI.

Max's family has taken on a project to have a Torah scroll written in his memory to be used by Max's beloved Golani unit in the IDF and I am a proud "ambassador" for the project.  Please click on the following link from which you can donate towards this important project.  Every amount makes a difference.
