online pruzbul

so what do you think about doing your pruzbul online?

I am always torn whether it is ok to do these things (another example is mechiras chametz) online or not?

On the one hand there is no traditional kinyan taking place. on the other hand, this has become an acceptable way of doing business and therefore maybe it is called a kinyan, some sort of takanas hashuk perhaps or gmirei daas, and is good.
