You might (or might not) want to rethink that. According to Yaki Adamker, the Chief Rabbi, Rav Yitzchak Yosef, has said that people should not fast - we are not in the days of Mordechai and Esther and this would cause bittul torah. Rav Yosef said it is enough to fast on Taanis Esther.
I think it is responsible of the Chief Rabbi to speak against it publicly. Such an initiative today should probably only be spread among those close to the initiating mekubalim and not made as a public proclamation. Too many people out there might try it without being able to or taking the proper precautions and get harmed because of it.
If you want more information about the fast and to see what they say about it and how to survive it, or ideas for smaller methods of participation, they set up a website promoting it with all the information, called Hatzom.
