Netanyahu just passed David Ben Gurion, serving from 2009 until today (and still going strong), besting Ben Gurion's previous record of 2790 consecutive days in the position of PM.
Ben Gurion still holds the record of longest PM in israel's history when taking into account even the non-consecutive terms, and Netanyahu needs another 2.5 years or so as PM to top that.
