    Ask them why they are Mehuderet rather than Mehadrin.

    the differences between the two are still unclear to me. mehuderet uses mehadrin and glatt products. their decision to use mehuderet is probably a factor of cost compared to the amount of benefit in paying more for the full mehadrin.
