    ..tanker trucks that carry food have to be washed internally, to clean out from previous shipments before they are used to carry kosher food

    so I would think that each tanker being washed would need to get certified as clean if it is going to be carrying kosher food. what does certifying a truck wash and repair company do for the tanker?

      Maybe it means that they use a process to clean the tankers that is acceptable
