I'm courious, was there any backlash from The chareidi world on this?
ReplyDeleteOr anything in the newspapers or pashkivilin?
I have not seen anything beyond some snickering and scoffing in a minor way
ReplyDeletethanks
DeleteR' Aviner came out pretty strongly against it.
Deletethat is true but the question posed was about backlash from the charedi world. Rav Aviner is not part of the charedi world.
Deletewell......technically yes, i said chareidi, but I guess I actually meant the religious community in general, although I thought the backlash would've been primarily chareidi.
DeleteAnyways, thanks, always enjoy checking out your blog!
