does Nasrallah have CoronaVirus?

Based on an Arabic tweet that says that Hassan Nasrallah, head of Hezbollah, visited with an Iranian official who was later discovered to have the Corona virus (COVID-19), it is being speculated that Nasrallah himself might have it as well.

I still wonder if perhaps this was a Mossad plot to take out government officials in Iran, the hardest hit country outside of mainland China, and maybe other anti-Israel Arab leaders like Nasrallah. It is a good conspiracy theory based on nothing but reading too many books...
