waiters make that much? on tips?
The PM should make a good salary. He should be the highest paid public servant. I don't know what that number should be, but it is a 24/7 job, in addition to being the most important and prominent position and he should be paid a salary commensurate with the importance of his position. We can also take into account that he has nearly no expenses, so almost everything can go into savings. Plus, especially with Netanyahu, everything personal with him gets paid for by "friends", except for the falafel he buys when election season gets into gear. But still, he should earn a top public servant salary.

That's actually not true. A few years back the comptroller did an audit of Bibi and was shocked to discover that he paid for everything, even things he could legitimately claim as expenses, down to his daily newspapers.
ReplyDeleteBibi also takes less of a salary than he's entitled to.
