It seems someone walked into a branch in the center of the country and started screaming and cursing at the clerks.
1. I am not sure too many people will notice that the bank suddenly closed when they are supposed to be open. They have barely enough operating hours as it is and are closed more than they are open, and find every excuse to close on other days and to stop providing various services.
2. they are closing and going on strike because someone walked in and screamed at them? If that is a justified cause, the entire country should shut down and be on strike all the time, there is so much rudeness and screaming going on all over the place. Then again, sometimes it feels like that is exactly what is happening.

3. I am not sure what they are trying to accomplish with the strike? Who is supposed to sit up and take notice? The screamers are going to keep screaming regardless.
4. Maybe they should consider providing more service and providing it more efficiently. That is one way to stop the frustrated customers from screaming at them.
