I dont know why or how they approved it, considering who he is, what he has been in jail for, and what he is still under investigation for. And that is before we even consider that Israel is warning citizens to not go to Uman this year.
The only logic that makes sense to me is that they are letting him go and hoping for a Russian attack on the city while he is there so that he will no longer be our problem.
