Khamenei's funny tweet wins it for today.. He tweeted a short and succinct post - Hezbollah is winning!

This set off a firestorm of replies laughing at Iran and Hezbollah.

I couldnt find the actual tweet (only the screenshot of it), but the Assutta Hospital of Ashdod had a great response.

Assuta Hospital of Ashdod replied to Mr Khamenei saying we will be happy to arrange for you an eye exam. We are a public hospital open to all (and among the most advanced in Israel)
