  3. Well I sell them of course:) Here is an article that quotes perdue at about $1.18 a pound which is roughly what I can buy my kosher chicken at.

  5. just a tidbit - purdue is more expensive because supposedly they use a jet engine to create a vacuum that sucks the feathers right off the chicken. they're the most featherless store bought chickens you can find
