I have no idea where it was shot... but you are right, and the building also does not look like Israeli architecture... also many of the featured hassidim have beards that are trimmed much shorter than what would be expected.... I still thought it was funny...
Nicely done, but there are no yellow cabs in Israel, and very few American flags hanging on buildings. This was obviously filmed in the US.

I find it quite anti-Semitic, yet the tune is catchy and the choreography is great.
