It is much more complicated, from a halachic perspective, for women to go up on Har HaBayit than it is for me. That is not to say it cannot be done. I have seen women go up fairly regularly. They do what they need to do, avoid doing what they should not do, and they go up. Halachic difficulties does not mean there are no solutions.
