Beautiful!!! I want to bake my own matzot once.I'm wondering, where is the big clock counting down 18 minutes between water hitting flour and matzot cooked? Or maybe the assembly line is so fast that it beats 18 minutes no matter what.
Erev chag matzo making sounds like extreme-Judaism. Isn't chametz inevitable?
