In my previous role as Deputy Religious Minister I prepared regulations to regulate Jewish prayer on Har Habayit. They regulate the place and the way Jews would be able to pray there. The government should adopt those regulations as soon as possible. It is unfathomable that people of all the religions of the world are allowed to ascend Har Habayit and pray there as they desire, and only us Jews, to whom this is our holiest place, are prohibited from praying there. Despite the fact thatI personally do not go to Har Habayit, as my rabbis instruct me,I support all those who listen to their rabbis and do ascend Har Habayit.

this is surprising, as I never heard that such plans were being prepared within the government.
