Jonathan Pollard's Parole Terminated (video)

my personal opinion is that he committed the crime (much of which we don't know, no matter what people claim), he paid the time (likely a far greater punishment than it should have been), let him be... he can go where he wants and live where he wants, and that's it..

  1. How can you as a fellow Jew write this. This man has suffered for 35 years for a 'crime' which all others with the same charge were imprisoned for only two = five years. He spied for an 'ally'. Many who have literally spied for an enemy have received less than he. Also, as a Jew, you are obligated to feel compassion and do all you can for a captive Jew - Pidyon Shvuyim!

    1. not sure what you mean, I said his time paid was probably far more than what it should have been. Also, he is free now, so there is no more pidyon shvuyim.
In general, with the Pollard affair, I dont think any person outside the top security officials int he united states and israel know what really happened, so any opinions offered about if he was guilty or not and what he did or didnt do are based on partial information and fake news
