  2. מטורף ברמה is 100% right. Amazing. A Russian General davenning at a kever? Wow. But I know that even during WW II the Lubavitchers had Russian officers that would do things for them, like delivering money to my parents in Samarkand. When he knocked on the door, they thought they were finished, and then he hands them money and says he was given the shlichus by Lubavitch to deliver money to Bnei Torah in Samarkand.
