Tibi refused to explain and ran off supposedly to vote on something in the plenum. The journalists later expressed regret at Tibi's words saying he should have explained and questioning how it can be the most racist place yet he serves in the Knesset..
I can think of some more racist places, even if the Knesset, and Israeli society, is far from perfect on this issue.
