  1. As usual, an inapropriate and stupid question. Sadly, the answers were also. There isn't a place in the world where the Jew has not been thrown to and everywhere and anywhere in the world you will find at least someone (& usually, sadly, many more) who has some Jewish blood in them. That has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with be ing a 'Jew'. A halachic Jew is 100% Jewish. If someone sincerely wishes to convert, he/she can do so. There is no such thing as being 5,10, 20%, etc. Jewish.
