meat minhag

It is fairly common to seeing cured and/or smoked meats hanging in my kitchen but today it is to honor the minhag of eating hanging meats to commemorate the hanging of Haman on the 17th of Nissan

while it seems horseradish/chrein is the closest alternative, it still isnt even close to mustard...
