So they can't draft because they never leave the yeshiva, except here they are out of yeshiva. Draft officers and military police should've showed up in force, rounded them up onto buses and off to the nearest recruiting centre.

Apparently these guys never heard of Hyrkanos and Aristoblus - and the danger of appealing to a foreign "great power" to intervene in an intea-Jewish disagreement. During the Three Weeks, you'd think they'd know better - but no, they're too self-absorbed and self-righteous to even look beyond their own Dialed Amos.

DeleteI wrote this on my blog decades ago: Chareidim and Reform are the same - they both pick and choose those elements of Judaism they agree with, dump the rest and announced "This is the true Judaism!"
