  2. gotta go finish getting ready for Pessach now. That is a good idea. That is good for the day of the bris - he is born though during the preparations for the Korban pessach. I have to think of a good one between those ideas (and if someone comes uop with something more interesting.

  8. that's great! How come you could not come? I am happy to hear Jacqui can travel. We are looking forward to seeing them...

  9. I wish I could have come...but I am drowning in bills that need to get paid. Besides, there is nothing more frustrating then visiting Israel during pesach; you are not being able to have a flafel or shwarma. I don't need to be in Israel to eat matzah brei!
Hopefully though I will get through this crunch and be able to visit one of these days. Untill then send my love to shif and the kids.

  18. Mazal Tov from Danny & Naomi Schoemann.

Enjoy picking a name! There's always "Chagi" and "Yom Tov". Sunday was also the Yahrzeit of the RambaN and the Shlo Hakodosh, if you want.

Mazal Tov and enjoy all the kids,

    - Danny & Naomi

  22. Mazal Tov! Some related names: Caleb (the spy Moses sent into Canaan)., Joshua, (the successor of Moses ), Yigal (He will redeem). Hope it helps!

  23. Maxel Tov, may you see much nachas from your little one?

    Name possibilities:

Avigdor - One of Moshe's other names

Nachshon - His mesiras nefesh and emunah are evident at krias yam suf

  24. Mazel Tov,
    Following David Linn's idea: Tuvia.
(Moshe the medrash tells us had ten names, and we've covered just 3 of them. There are seven more out there. One is Avi Socho, I don't remember the others.)

  25. Mazal Tov!

Or as we say for boys:

    Besiman Tov!

  26. some more good choices from David, Irina and David. Drew has already been suggested (if not here then in an email someone sent me). Not bad, but not Jewish enough.
