Yes, I agree. I think this lady is acting quite childish. Just move on to a different building. No need to curse the guy out and call him "zevel" I see the name calling is not only done by the kanoim. We have 5 year olds on all sides.

The general convention is that visitors, whether invited or uninvited, are welcome to knock on doors.
Of course, if you think that a building can put up a "No Entry to Black [Hats]", you're welcome to take the belief, but personally, I would say that's rather tasteless.
Our building, at least, welcomes visitors of all orientations. Does yours?
Mikeage, I dont think you let *everyone* in your building. If someone wanted to come into your building and *harm* people - would you let them in?
How about if they wanted to take pictures?
What if they wanted to just yell and scream and make a lot of noise?
Every building, in my opinion, is allowed to have standards as to who we let in and who we feel is a disturbance or worse, a potentially dangerous person

If he's not violating any laws, then no, we have no grounds to prohibit his entry.
Pictures, while generally a bit suspicious, are not forbidden. I cannot deny someone access who wants to photograph the communal areas.
