I think the bald guy in the bandana talking to Bibi and then on the large boat is Judge Edmund Levy. I think the fellow in the watchtower who jumps off and then dives into the water is Yaakov Neeman.
looking at it again, I might be wrong about the one that I said looks like Yaakov Neeman. It is still possibly him, but I think now that it looks more like Zevulun Orlev...
I recognize Bibi and Barak (and Talia Sasson), but who are the other guys? Is that Ruby Rivlin diving into the sea? Naftali Bennett as the hero?
